AJ had his mother (Elizabeth G. Shelnut age 75) in his home in 1850. She died 1854.. When they recorded graves in Carroll Co, AJ's was so bad they could not read the dates. Date from Ancestral Files. --- IGI list AJ buried at Bowden, Carroll Co.(Note A.J. Shelnutt buried at Holland Meeting House Cemetery, Carroll Co, no marker. The only evidence of grave is by the fieldstone and "sinks". Have not found grave of Harriet and this grave could be unmarked there. Listed 1880c Douglas Co, GA
