William was living Oneal Township, Greenville 1930 census, married 6 years, one child.
Willie, at death, lived 25 Bates Street, American Spinning, Greenville, SC, and had lived in Greenville for 22 years He died at one of the local Hospitals in Greenville, Friday March 12, 1937. The body was at the residence pending the hour of service. Funeral at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, officiated by Rev Earl P Paulk. interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Linton Staton, Almon Turner, Paul McCreight, Sam Grastie, A.T. Abbott and Olin Ernest.
