Miss Berrenece Shelnutt---Miss Berrenece Gertrude Shelnutt of 892 Myrtle St., NE, switchboard operator for General Mills, Inc., died Wednesday at a private hospital after a brief illness. She was a graduate of Washington Seminary and for 2 &1/2 years, she was switchboard operator for St. Joseph's Infirmary. She is survived by her mother Frances M. Lewis, of Atlanta; her father B.O. Shelnutt of Phenix City; four sisters, Mrs Paul S. Wilson, Mrs Jane Lewis Rooks, and Mrs W.J. Leatherman of Atlanta and Miss Yvonne Shelnutt of Phenix City, and two brothers, W.L. Lewis of Detroit, & Burnett Shelnutt of Phenix City.
Funeral Service will be held Friday at 2;30 PM at the chapel of Henry M. Blanchard. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
