Moody family from Haywood Co, NC Some Shelnut descendants in Greenville, SC (Poe Mill section). Many families went there for 'Textile' employment.
Note- Poe Mill Mfg (The Mill had been closed for some time, when it caught fire. Then, in 2004 it caught fire and was totally destroyed. It
was one of 14 mills operating early 1900's. (Textile Center of the World).
